We offer all types of Spanish Language training programs from a basic three-day training program for dispatcher/call-takers, to EMS Medical Spanish to a live-in Spanish Immersion Program, and Spanish Instructor Training Program. All programs can be custom-designed to meet the needs and requirements of a specific agency or detail.
Effective Training Materials
Our training materials are developed specifically for public safety personnel and are updated on an annual basis. Our materials reinforce information taught in our programs or can be used for self-teaching. They are an effective way to maintain your proficiency in your everyday job.

We offer a variety of programs to meet your needs, and can easily bring our program to your department. Our instructors all have law enforcement and emergency medical experience and are certified in situational language training to keep your officers safe, assess medical needs and reduce liability for your agency!
Independent Study
We are the only law enforcement Spanish provider that has had independent evaluation of its programs. The most recent evaluation conducted in August 2004, concluded that the training methodology and techniques made "the program useful, the students increased their Spanish skills, gave them more confidence to use Spanish in their jobs, motivated them to seek additional Spanish instruction, and their effectiveness did not decrease significantly 6 months after the course." (St Vincent's College, Pennsylvania)
